Your Personal Spiritual Pathway

The Healing Soul

Despite your story’s broken pieces, God is building something beautiful.

Here's What God Is Growing In You, Right Now...

Here's What God Is Growing In You, Right Now...

God’s Not Asking You To Pretend You’re Okay

You’ve survived things that tried to break you. Right now, you are in the holy work of mending: learning to name what hurt, release what you were never meant to carry, and let God rewrite what pain distorted.

Contrary to the bullying voice of shame, your brokenness is not a setback. You are at ground zero, rebuilding with Jesus as the cornerstone your life is standing sturdy upon–rooted and grounded in his love. What feels like unraveling is actually resurrection in progress.

  • • Releasing shame, fear, and emotional survival patterns

    • Allowing God into the places you’ve guarded most

    • Learning how to feel without drowning

    • Rebuilding trust in God, in others, and in yourself

  • • Honesty and self-awareness

    • Resilience and quiet strength

    • Self-compassion and deep empathy for others

    • Willingness to do the hard work of emotional maturity

“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”

⏩️Next Steps Forward

1. Tell The (ugly) Truth

It’s time to be real with yourself and with God about the things that have wounded you. Bit by bit, whether aloud or by journaling, begin to honestly name what happened and how it’s made you feel. Set aside the filter; God cannot heal who you pretend to be.

2. Examine Your Beliefs

Sin shapes us, whether it be the wrongs we have done or that have been done to us. As you process through your pain, ask God to unveil the fortress of belief systems you’ve built along the way in your attempts to get your deepest needs for affirmation, affection and safety met. Slowly walk through Scriptures like the Psalms, and as God reveals any untruths you’ve held about him and yourself, lay them down to trust in his truth.

3. Co-regulate With God

Your emotions were never meant to be your master. Like a “check engine” light, God gave you emotions to make you aware of what’s stirring beneath the surface that needs mending.

When your emotions try overruling you, put them in their rightful place: in God’s hands. Practice bringing your heart to him when you feel emotionally charged, share candidly about what those feelings may be tempting you to believe, and surrender to his truth + love.

4. Share God’s Grace by Forgiving Yourself + Others

Embrace God’s grace by accepting the forgiveness Jesus offers you for every way you’ve fallen short and his justice for every way you’ve suffered at the hands of others. Because of the cross, all that’s been broken can be healed and redeemed. Because of his resurrection, a new life and a hope-filled future with God is yours.

When God’s grace is received, it’s also meant to be shared. Forgive yourself by placing every bit of guilt + shame you’ve carried on Jesus to take on the identity of beloved. And forgive others by releasing them of their failures and entrusting justice to God.
